Q1. How do I retrieve my MyUMC account (username and password) information?
Please click "Forget Password" on the logon menu. Enter the email address you used when you created your MyUMC account. Click "Send Password" and we will email your account information.
Q3. Why is my MyUMC username and password not working?
1. Your username and password are case sensitive. Make sure your CAPS LOCK key is set correctly.
2. Your username is separated by an underscore (_), not a dash (-).
3. If you have forgotten your username and/or password, please contact your account manager.
